You are not stuck.
You’re just
still committed
to certain
behaviors and patterns
that served you
in the past
…applying the same
old formula
to
a new level
or higher place of value.
Change
the formula.
Get
a different result.
Simple?
Yes.
Easy?
Not at all!
Initiating a change
or implementing
valuable initiatives for growth
won’t be
an easy-breezy affair.
It will cost you
something.
Some tradeoffs.
It will engage
a range
of your responses
and
corresponding actions.
Like it or not,
the dynamics of things
will be disrupted.
Industry players
will evolve.
Needs will be altered.
Customers’ wants
will change.
Markets
won’t stay the same.
And on a personal note,
your perfect plans
will be
scrambled oftentimes.
But you’re not alone.
It’s happening
to all of us.
Even this poetry
will be lost
over time.
You see,
change is inevitable.
Growth isn’t.
True progress
requires deliberate actions
And the audacity
to accept
the bruises on its way.
So, be bold
to be
embarrassingly wrong
when going forward.
You’ll learn
and adjust.
And since
applied knowledge
is power
You don’t
have to
fear the change
But rather
the consequences
of standing still.
So embrace
the change
And take
needful actions.
Hence,
