Amuse me
with your expressions

Let your expressions
be indelible
on my psyche

Rattle my heart
with your impressions

Speak softly
and gently
like the smooth airflow
of your breath

Enunciate
and articulate
each word
in syllables

Open the streams
of my mind

Tenderly rock my world
with
your whisperings

Invoking in me
our
lost wild passion

And darling,
Just in case
our days turn grey?

Don’t think of me
as I am

Think of me
as we were

And when the day
finally comes

Flood my dreams
with our memories
to meet me
at
our quiet place
